The Law of Cause and Effect: “As you give out you shall receive” Michelangelo, (1475-1564)
Nothing happens by chance. Every action or thought has an equal or opposite reaction. Tied in with the Law of Oneness this law again enforces why we must take full responsibility for the effects we see in our lives, because we at some point caused them-
“Situations seem to happen to people, but in reality, they unfold from deeper karmic causes. The universe unfolds to itself, bringing to bear any cause that needs to be included. Don’t take this process personally. The working out of cause and effect is eternal. You are part of this rising and falling that never ends, and only by riding the wave can you ensure that the waves don’t drown you. The ego takes everything personally, leaving no room for higher guidance or purpose. If you can, realize that a cosmic plan is unfolding and appreciate the incredibly woven tapestry for what it is, a design of unparalleled marvel.”

The Law of Correspondence- “As within so without”.
This law underpins the belief that in order to change the world around us we must first change ourselves. The idea that the world we live in and the circumsatnces we experience is a direct manifestation of our internal thoughts and feelings is a fundamental belief in Ho’oponopono-
“Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it” – Ernest Holmes
Think of it like this. We really only have complete control over one thing in our lives- our thoughts.
No-one can tell us what to think or feel!
If we can control what we think, we can create the reality we desire..note desire not need, there is nothing that you need..
Unfortunately most of us have no idea what we are thinking most of the time; try this simple test to find out what vibration you’re really sending out into the Universe-
Try to monitor every thought you have for the next hour, look at it impartially without judgement or emotion if you can..If it is a negative thought; judgment, anger, frustration, anger, anxiety, fear etc then discard it as quickly as you recognise it.
If it is a positive thought- joy, excitement, happiness, contentment, admiration, love, compassion.. then nurture it, hold it and the associated feelings with you as long as you can.
All you have to do to pass the test is have more positive thoughts than negative.. 51% positive will do to start
If you’re feeling really brave try it for a whole day 🙂
Be the change you want to see in your life..
